Reviver provides physician-led telehealth care through secure, HIPAA-compliant messaging and video visits when medically necessary. All services connect you with a licensed physician.
2. What is an asynchronous visit?
An asynchronous visit is message-based care. Instead of a scheduled live appointment, you submit your medical information through a secure form, and a physician reviews it and responds with a treatment plan or next steps.
If needed, your physician may convert your visit to a video or phone visit for safe and appropriate care.
3. Is this service for emergencies?
No. Reviver is not intended for urgent or emergency care.
If you are experiencing chest pain, shortness of breath, severe pain, neurological symptoms, or any medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

5. Will I always get a prescription?
No. Prescriptions are issued only if medically appropriate at the physician’s discretion.
6. Where are prescription sent?
Prescriptions are sent electronically to a US pharmacy of your choice. Reviver provides physician-led telehealth care through secure, HIPAA-compliant messaging and video visits when medically necessary. All services connect you with a licensed physician.
7. What is the $20 Quick Refill Asynchronous Visit best for?
The $20 Quick Refill Visit is best for:
- Prescription refills for one stable medical condition
- Ongoing care when no dose changes or new evaluations are needed
This visit is not intended for:
- New diagnoses
- Medication dose changes
- Multiple conditions
- Complex or urgent medical issues
8. What is the $29 Standard Asynchronous Visit best for?
The $29 Standard Visit is best for:
- One ongoing medical issue requiring medical decision-making
- New, non-urgent concerns
- Prescription refills for up to three conditions, when appropriate
This visit allows more flexibility than the Quick Refill option.
9. What is included in the Annual Standard Care Plan ($15/month)?
The Annual Standard Care Plan includes:
- Up to 6 asynchronous visits per year
- Visits can be used at any time while the plan is active
- Follow-ups included when clinically appropriate
- Priority physician review during care hours
- Ability to address multiple related concerns within a single visit
This plan is billed semiannually, renews automatically, and future renewals can be canceled at any time.
10. What is included in the Reviver Premium Care Plan ($89/month)?
The Premium Care Plan includes everything in the Annual Standard Plan plus:
- Up to 6 detailed video visits per year
- Monthly asynchronous messaging
- Routine asynchronous follow-ups
- Annual lab reviews (when appropriate)
- Personalized care plans
- Continuous ongoing physician oversight
This plan is billed monthly and can be canceled at any time.
11. How quickly will a physician review my visit?
- Physician reviews are guaranteed daily between 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Most visits are reviewed within one hour during care hours
- All visits are reviewed within one day outside care hours
- Reviews may occur outside listed hours based on physician availability
12. How does payment and eligibility work?
- You complete a brief eligibility questionnaire before care
- If you are determined not eligible, you receive a 100% refund
- Payment is confirmed before physician review begins
13. Can I cancel my care plan?
Yes.
You may cancel future renewals at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
