1. No Emergency or Urgent Care

Reviver Health does not provide emergency or urgent medical services.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

2. Medical Services & Physician Review

Medical services are provided by licensed physicians through a secure digital platform.

Starting a visit does not guarantee treatment or a prescription. All care decisions are made at the physician’s clinical discretion based on the information provided.

3. Not a Substitute for Primary Care

Reviver Health does not replace your primary care physician. We encourage patients to maintain an ongoing relationship with a local healthcare provider.

4. Eligibility & Geographic Limitations

Services are available only to individuals who are physically located in jurisdictions where Reviver Health physicians are licensed to practice at the time of the visit.

You are responsible for confirming your location and eligibility.

5. Prescriptions & Pharmacies

If medically appropriate, prescriptions may be issued and sent electronically to a pharmacy of your choice.

Medication costs are not included in visit fees and are paid directly to the pharmacy.

6. Refund Policy

If care is determined to be not clinically appropriate, a full refund will be issued.

Refunds are not provided once medical care or a treatment plan has been delivered.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Use services only for lawful purposes

  • Not misuse or attempt to disrupt the platform

Providing false or misleading information may result in denial of care.

8. Website Use & Content

Website content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of website content is prohibited.

9. Privacy

Your use of the website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

10. Limitation of Liability
